Client Onboarding Process

Client Onboarding Process

Welcome to BayRock! Our Client Onboarding Process is designed to set the stage for your financial success.

Our Mission

At BayRock, we’re dedicated to helping individual investors, families, and business owners manage the risk and opportunity of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their highest purpose. We’ll be here every step of the Financial Planning Process, including the client onboarding process. Let’s take a few minutes to highlight the first steps we employ to ensure a smooth and seamless transition to help you get started as a new BayRock Client.

Step 1: Quick Call To Kick Things

Once you’ve decided that you’re ready to start working with us, we’ll schedule a quick call to go over the next steps and review all the information that’s already been gathered. This helps us to know if we’re missing anything so we can start preparing your paperwork to get the ball rolling.

Step 2: Get Your Risk Number

To initiate the Financial Planning Process, you will complete a quick risk questionnaire. This questionnaire comprises a series of targeted questions designed to evaluate your financial goals, investment knowledge, time horizon, and risk preferences. By analyzing your responses, RiskAlyze generates valuable insights into your risk tolerance and creates Your Risk Number. Click here to Get Your Risk Number.

Step 3: Client Intake Form

The client intake process for financial planning is a crucial step where we gather information about you, your financial goals, your financial documents, and other key information that will be needed in the Financial Planning Process.

Step 4: Discovery Meeting

At BayRock, we like to start the Financial Planning Process with a discover meeting that is designed to uncover your Vision, Values, and Purpose. Once we understand What Matters Most to you, we are ready to create a compelling Financial Plan to help you achieve your goals. The Discover Meeting lasts about 90 minutes for most folks, depending on how many questions you may have. Some clients like to get started with a Discover Meeting, however, we’ve found that most people prefer to have a Quick Call To Kick Things. Whenever you’re ready to talk, we’re ready to listen. Step 5: Financial Planning Gap Analysis

The Financial Planning Gap Analysis helps us bridge the gap between your current financial situation and your goals. At BayRock Financial, we conduct a comprehensive gap analysis in all the essential elements of your Financial Plan: retirement planning, risk management, estate planning, education planning, tax planning strategies, investment management strategies, and cash flow management.

Step 6: Follow up Meeting

Implementation and Execution – Making It Happen

Once the tailored solutions have been crafted, we proceed with the implementation and execution phase. At BayRock Financial, we believe in taking a proactive approach to ensure that your financial plans are put into action seamlessly. Follow up Meetings are designed to guide you through the necessary steps, providing support, advice, and guidance along the way. Whether it involves setting up investment accounts, optimizing tax strategies, or creating a budgeting plan, we handle the logistics to make the process as smooth as possible.

Step 7: Ongoing Monitoring and Review – Your Success is Our Priority

At BayRock Financial, our commitment to your financial success extends beyond the initial onboarding process. We believe in fostering long-term relationships built on trust and collaboration. To ensure your financial well-being, we provide ongoing monitoring and review services. This includes regular performance evaluations, portfolio rebalancing as needed, and periodic check-ins to address any changes in your circumstances or goals. Our dedicated team is always available to provide support and answer any questions that may arise along the way.

Our streamlined client onboarding process is designed to help you get the best value from your relationship with BayRock Financial. By following the steps outlined above, we are confident that we can deliver a seamless and comprehensive experience for our valued clients. From the initial consultation to ongoing monitoring and review, we are committed to providing the highest level of service and support.
